The Master Chrome System is our most advanced and powerful solution for chrome-effect finishing. It features two independent chrome spray stations, each equivalent in performance to the Pro Chrome System. These stations can be used separately or simultaneously, offering unmatched flexibility for coating extra-large objects or for parallel production workflows.
Designed for high-demand environments, the Master System delivers consistent, 100% mirror-like chrome finishes across large parts and industrial production runs. Its double capacity makes it ideal for applications in automotive, furniture, lighting, signage, and decorative manufacturing.
Whether you're coating oversized truck grills, full vehicle parts, or producing batches of components, the Master System is engineered for efficiency, scalability, and high-output performance. With pressurized tanks, optimized spray technology, and durable construction, it's built to support extended use with professional-level results.
The video below shows the system in action, chrome-coating the grille of a 1954 Chevrolet Pickup with an approximate spray area of 14 sq ft (1.25 m²).
The system connects to a standard paint-grade compressed air supply, with a maximum operating pressure of 120 PSI.
The dual-nozzle spray gun consumes 15 CFM at 40 PSI, ensuring smooth and efficient application.

Using the Master Chrome System
SUPPLIES PACK
The system includes the application tools listed above, as well as a Splendor Chrome Paint Supply Kit designed to cover an area of 500 sq ft, which contains the following:
- PRE-R Component: 2500 ml
- R Component: 2500 ml
- C1 Component: 200 g
- C2 Component: 2500 ml
- G Component: 1000 ml
- Sealer Component: 500 ml
- Violet Dye: 300 ml
- Yellow Dye: 300 ml
- Blue Dye: 300 ml
- Red Dye: 300 ml
The supply kit can be expanded upon request.
The mixing ratios of each component and water are included in the product’s user guide.
Deionized or distilled water required for dilution is not included. This type of water can be easily found at local laboratories or supermarkets in your area.
Base and top clear coats are also not included. You may use any brand of your choice, available at most automotive paint stores.
We have chosen not to include these supplies in the kit, as they would only increase shipping costs. They are easy to find locally and do not affect the performance of the system.
APPLICATION
The process is the same as shown in the previous video. All our systems follow the same application method; the main difference lies in the maximum size of objects that each system can handle.
To apply Splendor Chrome Paint using the Master Chrome System, a compressed air source with at least 5 HP is recommended, along with a reliable air filtration system. The Dual-Nozzle Spray Gun consumes 15 CFM at 40 PSI, while the Single-Nozzle Spray Guns consume 7.5 CFM at 40 PSI.
With this system, keep in mind that at full capacity it can operate up to 4 spray guns simultaneously, so compressor power is critical for maximum performance.
At full output, the system should be operated by 4 people total — 2 per chrome station.
Additionally, a gravity spray gun is required for applying polyurethane clear coat as the base and protective layers.
Finally, the flame treatment process requires a torch powered by LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) or any compatible fuel gas.
